Purchasing Process
Selecciona el modelo que más te guste. Indica la talla y la cantidad que quieres de cada uno de ellos y pulsas en “añadir al carrito”.
Once you have all the models you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, clicking on Checkout will take you to the section where you will have to fill in your contact and shipping details.
Once you have filled in your details and checked that your order is correct, you will have to accept the data protection law policy and click on Checkout.
When you click on Pay by Card, you will access the Payment Gateway, where you will have to enter your card details and click on Pay.
Una vez finalizado el Pago, recibirás un email indicando que tu pedido está en proceso. En el momento en que realicemos la gestión de tu pedido y esté preparado para salir de nuestras instalaciones, recibirás un nuevo email con la confirmación de que tu pedido saldrá de nuestras instalaciones ese mismo día.
"amaya for kids" reserves the right to modify the commercial offer of the website at any time (modifications on products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions).
Applicable taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the "amaya for kids" website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Purchases made by individuals domiciled in the Member States of the European Union will be subject to VAT.
Method of payment
Payment for purchases can only be made by credit card.
Shipping information and delivery times
Preparation deadlines:
A preparation period of 3 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the model, plus shipping time, is established.
For "Pre-Order" models the preparation period can be 10 to 12 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the model, plus shipping time.
All orders received from Monday to Friday before 14.00 will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and Fridays after 14.00 will be processed on the next working day.
At Amaya we work to reduce preparation times as much as possible, we will always try to ensure that you receive your order in the shortest possible time.

Spain (including Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Germany, United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, ... and more than 20 other countries.
If your country does not appear when you place your order, please email us at amaya@amayaforkids.com and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
No shipments to postal addresses or military bases.

Los envíos de las compras efectuadas a través de amayaforkids.com, se realizan mediante la empresa de Transporte MRW para España y Portugal, para el resto de países Fedex y UPS.
Los pedidos con destino a Ceuta, Melilla, Islas Canarias y países no pertenecientes a la Unión Europea están sujetos a diversos gastos aduaneros o impuestos. Dicho pago siempre corresponderá al destinatario de la mercancía o comprador, antes de realizar su compra y para obtener información más detallada al respecto, consulte con su oficina de aduanas los impuestos a los que está sujeto la compra que quiere realizar.

Delivery times may be altered in periods of sales and promotions, as well as in extraordinary situations, such as pandemics, wars, etc...
Change of delivery address
Subsequent modification of the place of delivery, requested by the customer, shall only be possible before the order leaves our platform. Modification of the delivery address, once the order has been handed over to the carrier, shall not be possible unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly agreed between the parties. These costs will be designated by the carrier according to the change of address.
Delivery of damaged packages
Upon receipt of the package, if you detect any anomaly, let the carrier know so that they can report the incident. We advise you to take photos of the condition of the package before opening it. If the products are not damaged, it will be a joy, especially for you, who will be looking forward to receive it, try it and enjoy it. If not, which we would be very sorry about, please write to us by email amaya@amayaforkids.com, indicándonos el número de pedido y adjuntando todas las fotos que hayas podido tomar, nos pondremos en contacto contigo para proceder a la devolución y solucionar lo antes posible la incidencia.
Returns and exchanges:
First of all, the items to be exchanged or returned must be exactly as you received them, must not have been used and must retain all their labels. For the exchange and/or return, you can use the same box in which you received the order. Remember to remove the shipping label with which you received the package and place the new one in a visible place.
El plazo para la solicitud de un cambio y/o devolución de uno o más artículos de un pedido es de 15 días desde la recepción del pedido.
Los gastos de envío ocasionados por los cambios y/o devoluciones correrán a cargo del cliente, excepto para los pedidos Peninsulares (España Península y Portugal).
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for models made in Pre-Order. These models are made to order, exclusively for you, so we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
In the case of returns, the amount of all returned items will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Cuando se devuelvan uno o varios productos de un pedido donde se ha aplicado una promoción, ésta quedará automáticamente anulada o descontada del importe a devolver, si con la devolución de dichos artículos el pedido de compra original deja de cumplir los requisitos necesarios para que se aplique dicha promoción.
When the package arrives at our warehouse and we check that it is in the required conditions, we will give the order for the refund of the amount.
This refund will be made in the same form of payment in which the order was placed. Once we have given the order for the refund, the money will be available in your account within 3 to 15 days.

For the exchange and/or return, you can use the same box in which you received the order. Use the second adhesive strip on the flap to close the package for your exchange or return. Remember to remove the shipping label with which you received the package and place the new one in a visible place.
The deadline for requesting an exchange and/or return of one or more items of an order is 15 days from receipt of the order.
In the case of returns, the amount of all returned items will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Shipping costs for exchanges and/or returns shall be borne by the customer, except for Peninsular orders (Spain and Portugal).
The exchange or return will be accepted if it meets the following requirements:
The products must be in the same condition as they were delivered, with their original labels and unused, in their original packaging or in a properly sealed bag.
Cuando se devuelvan uno o varios productos de un pedido donde se ha aplicado una promoción, ésta quedará automáticamente anulada o descontada del importe a devolver, si con la devolución de dichos artículo/s el pedido de compra original deja de cumplir los requisitos necesarios para que se aplique dicha promoción.
When the package arrives at our warehouse and we check that it is in the required conditions, we will give the order for the refund of the amount.
Esta devolución se realizará en la misma forma de pago en la que se realizó en el pedido. Una vez demos la orden de devolución del importe, el dinero estará disponible en tu cuenta en un plazo de 3 a 15 días.
If the carrier has not been able to contact you within 15 days to make the collection, either for exchanges or returns, the request will be considered cancelled.

"amaya for kids", guarantees you the highest security and confidentiality when you shop at our online shop. The data is encrypted using the SSL security protocol and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution, which accepts or rejects the payment.
In this way, the information transmitted over the network is completely secure and "amaya for kids" does not retain this data at any time, which means that it can neither be viewed nor archived.

The user and/or client of amayaforkids.com undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the billing and shipping form.
