How long does it take to prepare my order?

The standard preparation time is between 3 and 6 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the model. If you have chosen a communion accessory in the Pre-OrderThe delivery time may be extended by 10 to 12 working days. All orders received before 14:00 h will begin to be prepared the same day.

Which transport companies do you use?

For deliveries to Spain and Portugal we work with MRW. For other countries, we use companies such as FedEx and UPS, which guarantees fast and secure delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 30 destinations including Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Arab Emirates and many more. If your country is not listed when you place your order, you can write to us at amaya@amayaforkids.com and we will help you manage it.

What is the delivery time?

It will depend on the destination. For example:

• Mainland Spain: 24/48 hours (free).
  
• Balearic Islands: 2 to 4 days (15 €).
  
• Canary Islands: 3 to 5 days (20 €).
  
• Europe: 3 to 5 days (from €25).
  
• America and other international destinations: 4 to 6 days (from €69).
  The period begins to run from the time the order leaves our premises.
  

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet left our premises. If it is already in the hands of the transport company, it can only be changed if you bear the corresponding additional costs.

What do I do if the package arrives damaged?

We recommend that you check the package upon delivery and take photos if you detect any external damage. If the product is also affected, please send us an email with the order number and pictures to amaya@amayaforkids.com. We will handle the incident as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange a communion accessory?

Yes, you have 15 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return. The products must be unused and retain their original labels. You can use the same shipping box to return them.

• Important: the articles in Pre-Order they cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made especially for you on request.

Who covers the return costs?

The return or exchange costs are at the customer's expense, except for peninsular orders (mainland Spain and Portugal), where they are free of charge.

When will I receive a refund after returning a product?

Once the package has been received in our warehouse and its condition has been verified, the refund will be issued in the same form of payment. The amount will be available in your account within 3 to 15 days.
