How long does it take to prepare an order?

The preparation time for standard orders is 3 to 6 working days, depending on the model. In the case of Pre-Order products, the period can be 10 to 12 working days. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 14:00 h start their preparation the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

To which countries do you ship?

We ship to Spain (including Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), as well as Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, and more than 20 other countries. Can the delivery address be changed?

Yes, but only before the order has left our premises. Once delivered to the carrier, any change of address may result in additional costs to be borne by the customer.

What do I do if the package arrives damaged?

If there is visible damage to the package, please inform the carrier at the time of delivery. We recommend that you take photographs before opening the package. If any product is damaged, please contact us with the order number and pictures to the email amaya@amayaforkids.com. Our staff will provide you with a solution.

Can I return or exchange a bolero?

Yes, as long as the bolero has not been usedThe product must keep its original labels and be in perfect condition. You have 15 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or refund. You can use the same box from the original shipment.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except in mainland Spain and Portugal, where no charges apply.
IMPORTANT: Pre-Order items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, as they are made exclusively for you.

When will I receive a refund if I make a return?

Once we receive the item and check that it is in optimum condition, we will proceed to reimburse you using the same payment method used. The money will be available in your account between 3 and 15 days working days.
