How long does it take to prepare my order?
The preparation time is between 3 and 6 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the model. If the article belongs to the Pre-Order category, the preparation time is 10 to 12 working days. Orders placed before 14:00 h will be prepared the same day.
To which countries do you ship?
We ship to Spain, Portugal, and to more than 20 countries in Europe, America and other international destinations. If your country does not appear when you place your order, you can write to us at amaya@amayaforkids.com and we will help you with a customised solution.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost varies according to the area. For example:
- Spain Mainland: Free shipping, delivery in 24/48 hours.
- Balearic Islands: 15 €, between 2 and 4 working days.
- Rest of EuropeFrom €25, delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order is already in the hands of the carrier, it can only be changed if the customer bears the additional costs of the change.
What do I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
If there is any visible damage to the package, please inform the delivery person and take photographs of the condition of the packaging before opening it. If the product is affected, please write to us at amaya@amayaforkids.com with the order number and images to help you with the return or replacement.
Can I return or exchange a pair of children's trousers?
Yes, you have 15 days from receipt of order to request an exchange or return. Items must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You can use the same box, attaching the new shipping label.
Are the return costs included?
Return costs are to be borne by the customer, except for orders placed from mainland Spain and Portugal, where no additional charges apply.
What if the model is Pre-Order? Can I return it?
No. Pre-Order models are made exclusively for you, so no exchanges or returns are allowed in these cases.
When will I receive a refund after a return?
Once we receive the product in our warehouse and confirm that it is in good condition, we will initiate the refund. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used and may take 3 to 15 days to be reflected in your account.
