How long does it take to prepare my order?

The preparation time varies between 3 and 6 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the model chosen. For "Pre-Order" products, the lead time can be 10 to 12 working days, in addition to the shipping time.

When does my order start to be processed?

If you place your order Monday to Friday before 14:00, your order will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

We ship to Spain (including Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Germany, United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Ireland and more than 20 other countries.

How much does it cost and how long does delivery take?

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Modification is only possible before the order leaves our platform. Once the order has been delivered to the carrier, it cannot be changed unless you bear the additional costs and there is an agreement with the carrier.

What do I do if I receive a damaged package?

Inform the carrier at the time of delivery and take photos of the package before opening it. Then write to us at amaya@amayaforkids.com with the order number and photos to manage the return or solution.

How do returns and exchanges work?

• Items must be unused and with tags intact.
  
• You have 15 days from receipt to request an exchange or refund.
  
• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, except for peninsular orders (Spain and Portugal).
  
• No returns or exchanges are accepted on "Pre-Order" products.
  
• The refund does not include shipping costs and is made in the same form of payment.
  
• If the refund concerns a promotion, the promotion is cancelled or adjusted in the amount to be refunded.
