Frequently asked questions about shipping, exchanges and returns 

How long does it take to prepare orders?

The preparation time for orders varies between 3 and 6 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the model. For items with a "Pre-Order" label, the preparation time can be extended to 10 or 12 working days. To these times must be added the shipping time depending on the destination.

When does my order start to be prepared?

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 14:00h will begin to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00h, on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Which countries do you ship to?

At Amaya for Kids we ship to Spain (including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal and most of Europe, as well as to countries in America, Asia and Oceania. If your country does not appear when you place your order, please write to us at amaya@amayaforkids.com and we will help you.

What is the shipping cost?

The cost and delivery time depend on the destination. For example:

• Spain Mainland: FREE (24/48h)
  
• Balearic Islands: 15 € (2-4 working days)
  
• Canary Islands: 20 € (3-5 working days)
  
• Europe (France, Italy, Germany, etc.): from €25 (3-5 working days)
  
• America and other destinations: from 69 € (4-6 working days)
  

What happens if the package arrives damaged?

If you detect any damage to the package upon receipt, please inform the carrier immediately. We recommend taking photos before opening it. If the contents are also damaged, please contact us at amaya@amayaforkids.com with the images and your order number. We will give you a solution as soon as possible.

Can I exchange or return an accessory?

Yes, you can request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. The products must be in perfect condition, unused and with all their labels. You can use the same shipping box, with the new label visible.

Who pays the return postage?

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns shall be borne by the customer, except for orders with delivery in the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), where they are free of charge.

Can I return a Pre-Order item?

No. Models made to order (Pre-Order) cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for each customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned items and check that they are in good condition, we will refund them to the same payment method used. The money will be available in your account within 3 to 15 days.

What happens if I return an item purchased with a promotion?

If, when returning one or more products, the requirements of a promotion applied to the order are no longer met, the discount will be cancelled and deducted from the refund.
