AMAYA SANCHEZ
CEO and Creative Director of Amaya Fashion for Kids
Born in Rafal in 1973, Amaya Sánchez grew up among patterns and fabrics in her parents' workshop, which soon awakened her interest in design and fashion. At the age of 18 she moved to Madrid to study at the Centro Superior de Diseño de Moda.
After finishing her studies, her creative interests and her passion for theatre led her to London in 1994, where she extended her training with a postgraduate course at the prestigious University of the Arts London, Central Saint Martins.
Amaya combined her studies with the creation of small fashion collections for exclusive clients, but finally, in 1998, she joined the family business, Amaya Fashion for Kids, as head of product development and production. In 2021 Amaya takes over as CEO of the company.

After completing her degree, her creative curiosity and passion for theatre leads her to Lon- don in 1994, where she widened her training with the completion of a Postgraduate at the prestigious University of the Arts London, Central Saint Martins.
Amaya combined her studies with making small fashion collections for exclusive customers and then in 1998 she joined Amaya Fashion for Kids the family business as Development and Product Execution Manager. In 2021 Amaya assumes the position of CEO of the company.
