First of all, the items to be exchanged or returned must be exactly as you received them, must not have been used and must retain all their labels. For the exchange and/or return, you can use the same box in which you received the order. Remember to remove the shipping label with which you received the package and place the new one in a visible place.

The deadline for requesting an exchange and/or return of one or more items of an order is 15 days from the receipt of the order.

Shipping costs for exchanges and / or returns, will be borne by the customer, except for Peninsular orders (Spain Peninsula and Portugal).

We do not accept exchanges or returns of the models made in Pre-Order. These models are made on demand, exclusively for you, so we cannot accept neither exchanges nor returns.

In the case of returns, the amount of all returned garments will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

When returning one or more products of an order where a promotion has been applied, this will be automatically canceled or discounted from the amount to be returned, if with the return of these items the original purchase order no longer meets the requirements necessary for the promotion to be applied.

Once the package arrives at our warehouse and we verify that it is in the required conditions, we will give the order for the refund of the amount.

This refund will be made in the same form of payment in which the order was placed. Once we give the refund order, the money will be available in your account within 3 to 15 days.
