    What if the model is Pre-Order? Can I return it?<\/b><\/h3>\r\nNo. Pre-Order models are made exclusively for you, so no exchanges or returns are allowed in these cases.<\/span>\r\n

    When will I receive a refund after a return?<\/b><\/h3>\r\nOnce we receive the product in our warehouse and confirm that it is in good condition, we will initiate the refund.
