Purchasing Process<\/strong><\/p>

Selecciona el modelo que m\u00e1s te guste. Indica la talla y la cantidad que quieres de cada uno de ellos y pulsas en \u201ca\u00f1adir al carrito\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>

For \"Pre-Order\" models the preparation period can be 10 to 12 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the model, plus shipping time.<\/p>

All orders received from Monday to Friday before 14.00 will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and Fridays after 14.00 will be processed on the next working day.<\/p>

At Amaya we work to reduce preparation times as much as possible, we will always try to ensure that you receive your order in the shortest possible time.<\/p>

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for models made in Pre-Order<\/em>. These models are made to order, exclusively for you, so we cannot accept exchanges or returns.<\/p>

In the case of returns, the amount of all returned items will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.<\/p>

When the package arrives at our warehouse and we check that it is in the required conditions, we will give the order for the refund of the amount.<\/p>
